I am around a lot and like to be part of as much I can in the day to day things. Though I do get hit hard with fatigue at times from my disease ( neurosarcoidosis). It is well under control now when it comes to the more serious symptoms but my poor immune system and medications can mean I spend a day in bed here and there if I push it to much.

About our Family We live in Canberra North, ACT Australia and operate our business which is located in three states around the country. We work from home and in our office in the city. Our children are ages 14 - 1. We have our son every weekend from Friday to Sunday. This means in the weekdays we have 4 children and on the weekends we have 5 children.
On weekends we like to take the children out and do family activities around Canberra or travel down the south coast where we have a house we often holiday at. we play family board games and enjoy BBQ's with friends and family. Where we are located we are roughly 2 hours away from the snow for the upcoming snow season.
What we would like most about having an Aupair is someone who can love and care for our children with us in our home. Being lucky enough to work from home allows us to be able to be around for our children while they are so young. Children learn by playing. Right now it is hard to structure work with making sure the children are playing and learning while maintaining the house. We have a busy workload and travel from time to time to visit our interstate offices so having extra support around is important.
About our Family Family of 4 - Mum, Dad & two girls.
We love the beach Camping, fishing, 4WD (four wheel driving) footy (Rugby League) spontaneous road trips exploring South East Queensland & we also enjoying relaxing weekends chilling out watching Netflix's.
We have no pets. The girls don't have any allergies, disabilities eat almost everything & are easy going girls that love, soccer, Lego, horses, dressing up & dancing. We have a large extended family that are full of life & visit regally.
About our Family We are a busy little family with me, the mum working part time as a teacher and also running a photography business from home This keeps me very busy and often I have to spend a good deal of time doing the business side of things on the computer at home. Damian Sidney's dad is not at home during the week and returns home on Friday nights to spend the weekend with us. So during the 5 days of the week it is just myself, Sidney 3, Jedd 10, Ellie 16 and Ben 18. An extra pair of hands during this time would be wonderful. Sidney needs a best friend who can give her attention and interact with her while I'm working, editing photos or running around with the older kids. The other children spend their days at school, for which I would take them in and do all their running around, and that leaves our little Sidney. She needs someone to play with and dance with and sing with. She is only three so you need to be familiar with putting babies to bed, and you need to be willing to change nappies until we can toilet train her in the next year. She's the reason we are seeking an au pair. Jedd is 10 years old and really would love someone who is interested in spending time with him playing basketball, swimming, doing puzzles, playing board games. We also have three teenagers living with us, my daughter Ellie 16 and Ben 18. So we are a busy active house. There is always someone going somewhere, doing something but never a dull moment, and the teens are all pretty much locked away in their rooms studying or doing what teenagers do (not much hehe)
About our Family We have 3 wonderful children who are bright and easy to love.
Our 10 year old does suffer High functioning ASD. This does not make any difference to her care she just requires some extra attention on occasion
About our Family We are a busy professional family of 3 who enjoy being outdoors and sporting activities. We live at the base of the Dandenong Ranges, about 30 kms from Melbourne CBD and are an easy walk to local shops, cafes and buses/trains.
About our Family We live in the small remote town of Weipa in Far North Queensland, Cape York. The town has all the essentials you will need and is a great place to enjoy a quiet, relaxed lifestyle with a population of 4000 people. It is well suited to an au pair that enjoys sports, camping, fishing and the outdoors. Its a short flight to Cairns, an exciting destination for weekend adventures and shopping. We live in a hot, tropical climate that has a wet season from December - April and dry season from May to November.
Both active kids that enjoy riding their bikes and scooters and swimming in our small backyard pool.
We live in a modern yet modest home with a reasonable sized bedroom for our au pair. We are within walking distance to the children's school and kindergarten as well as sporting facilities.
On weekends we enjoy exploring bushland, swimming in waterholes and fishing. We would love having an au pair that would like to share these adventures with us, but we are also happy for our au pair to have plenty of their own free time.
About our Family Supporting two busy working parents.
Before & after school are required. House work & some evening meal preparation required. Weekends off as free time.
Two lovely pets that would love a walk if you are comfortable.
Lovely home in the surburb of Beaumaris.
Short bus ride & then 30 mins train to central Melbourne.
Experienced family with 4 previous au pairs
We will welcome you as part of our family.
About our Family We are a small family of 4. Our 2 daughters are 2&4 and love dancing, crafts, playing outdoors, singing and generally anything fun. We have a medium low allergy dog called Penny.

Eamon is very active, likes soccer/football, gymnastics, climbing, and is keen to learn martial arts.
About our Family We are a large Irish, Australian family.
We have 5 adult children from my first marriage who all live out of home :) but we see regularly. All of the previous Aupair's have been close to the adult children who has taken them out to explore the australian night life, jet skiing or even just helping them make friends.
We are very relaxed and treat our au pairs as if they are family and we like to ensure the they enjoy their time in australia. Both myself and my husband work full time.
To find out what a day is like in our family please don't hesitate to ask for the aupair manual.
Our expectations for our aupairs are to not only take care of our twins but to enjoy their time in Australia, and to feel like family. We have found that making a manual (guide book) of expectations is the best way for both you and us to know what is expected and what the time tables are.
Advantages of our family as per our previous au pairs.
- we have had au pairs for our children from france, germany, holland and germany
- we have an aupair vehicle
- we cover costs for any trips that the au pairs take with the family i.e.. a good example would be last years new years eve cruise that we took the au pairs with us on.

- the au pairs say that they feel that our family is supportive and caring and non judgemental.

About our Family Hi Au Pairs!
My name is Bella.
We would love a friendly happy au pair to join us for 6 months to help us make our life run smoothly.
We are a household of
two parents - Age 35 and 37
3 boys (10 years, 5 years and 2 years).
The children are: Hugh, who will be 11 years old and Oscar who will be 6 years old. Spencer will be nearly 2 years old.
We are ideally looking for a young woman to come and join our family, be a big sister to our children and friend to us and learn more about everyday life in an Australian family on the gorgeous island of Tasmania near the city of Hobart.
It will be our aim that the au pair mostly cares for just baby Spencer and collects the older boys from school on the days I am in the office but will sometimes need to have all three boys at the same time, especially during the school holidays.
I do not work on weekends so Saturday and Sunday will always be 'days off' for our au pair to enjoy and travel around the beautiful island, Justin almost always has Mondays and Tuesdays off so extra time off might be possible on these days sometimes too.
We are currently living on my family farm while we move houses. It is a big property with cows, sheep, chickens and LOTS of space. My parents live here, my brother visits often and it is very much a 'big family' feeling where we all work together to get everything done. The farm is 25 minutes from the city of Hobart, in beautiful Tasmania.
You have your own room and bathroom. There is good wifi, netflix and PLENTY of indoor and outdoor space as there are two houses on 100 acres of farm land! We provide a car for personal use so as long as you buy the fuel, you can explore anywhere/anytime that you have free!
About our Family We are a family of 4. Our daughter is about to turn 4 and our son 2. We have lots of pets so need to like animals.
We love spending time going out and spending time together on the weekends.
About our Family We are a laid back Christian family enjoying a tropical beachside life and we’re really looking forward to having a 'Big Sister' joining our family.
We have really enjoyed having au pairs from various counties join our family and we have treated each one as a valued family member.
Our older son is 7 and in primary school 5 days a week. He loves lego and reading and building things. Our younger son is 4 and in kindergarten 3 days a week. He loves life and laughing. Both are well behaved and easy going.
Both parents work part-time and we prioritise family time on our free days.
We like to ride to the park or beach or hang out at home in the pool or play card games or lego. We attend a small local Church on Sunday mornings.
We really value our family time and relaxing and just hanging out with our kids.
You will have a large comfortable room with your own bathroom, Foxtel (cable TV), WiFi, a swimming pool and just a short stroll to the renowned Cable Beach and near cafés and bus service.
You’ll have your own space and dedicated time off. Although we would love you to become part of our family and we will treat you as a family member.
About our Family We live in Springfield Lakes, about 30kms from Brisbane City. There is a train line from the shops that will take you straight to the city.
We live in a 5-bedroom home.
Our routine during the week is to get the kids ready for school, take them to school and pick them up after. Then kids have their afternoon snack then off to some games or quiet time until mum gets home between 5:30-6pm.
Mum needs to leave at 6am from Mondays to Wednesdays so these will be early days. The rest will only involve the afternoon pick up and up to around 4pm.
If this is you, please feel free to ask us any questions.

**We are searching for our next big sister (au pair) to join us from approximately 12th September 2018 through to 2nd November 2018*** You must be eligible for an Australian Working holiday Visa
Our Family 👪 and Home 🏡:
We are a friendly, happy and easy-going family and live in a Large 4-bedroom home in Mandurah Western Australia which overlooks the estuary and are only about 5 minutes from the beach but also have a 🏊 pool at home.
We have 2 children; our 👧 is 14 and our 👦 is 3. Both of our children are very fun, easy going, well-mannered and loving children. Our 👧 loves sport, drawing, singing, baking, reading, watching movies 🎥 and TV series and everything else a teenager enjoys doing.
Our little 👦 loves colouring in, painting, playing outside, reading stories and going to the park and library. We also have a 🐶, so a pet lover is also a must.
About our Family We have 3 beautiful boys, Kane (8), Rocco (5) & Jagger (3) as well as our nephew Jake (16) who recently come to live with us & is a great kid who works most weekends and is completing an engineering work experience program. I'm Jo (Mum) and I work 12-13 hour shifts on a 4 shifts on 4 off roster which is planned out years in advance & makes planning little holidays very easy. My husband (Rhys) works in railway and often works away and doesn't have a set roster.
We are a very active family, we own 2 boats & enjoy fishing and 4 wheel driving (off road). We often enjoy day trips to Rockhampton where we enjoy visiting the zoo, parks, lagoon pool and waterslides. We are fortunate enough to live by the great barrier reef and tours to Lady Musgrave Island are a short drive to 1770/ Agnes Water which we often visit staying in a holiday home.
Our family has a farm close by which we visit almost weekly, we have cattle, chickens and sheep as well as a small orchard of mango trees.
We hope our family and lifestyle is appealing, we look forward to talking & meeting with you soon 😊
About our Family We are a busy family of five: Dad (Karl), Mum (Jo), Isaac, Ava and Lili.
Karl works as a Construction Manager, he leaves for work early in the morning and is usually home about 5:00 pm. Karl enjoys being able to play with the kids and help them with their homework before dinner and the evening routine starts (by us having an Au Pair to help run our house we get to have fun time with our children rather than come home from work and do jobs straight away). Karl is a ‘hands on’ Dad and is very involved in parenting and helping with the house. Karl enjoys riding his bike, listening to music and exercising (we have a home gym). Karl likes to have a chat but isn't one for small talk so he can be quiet in the beginning until he gets to know you.
Jo works as a Social Worker, she loves her job (most of the time!). Jo loves to have a chat over a cup of tea, she also enjoys exercising, catching up with her three sisters and close friends and getting dressed up for Date Night with Karl. Working full-time and being a Mum of 3 children is a lot for Jo to manage so the help of the Au Pair is really appreciated especially when they are able to do things that need to be done without being asked and when it saves Jo from doing a job instead of playing with the kids. If the jobs aren't all done before the kids go to bed then Jo (& Karl) must stay up late to get the jobs done (making lunch boxes, folding washing, organised school uniforms etc) which means they don't get time to relax. Any help the Au Pair can provide to get the jobs done means Jo & Karl can relax - which they really appreciate :)
Isaac (boy age 10) is very sporty and loves anything with a ball. His favourite sport is Australian Rules Football but the season has just finished so now he loves Cricket. Isaac is very active (he loves to run and ride his bike in the street) as well as very affectionate (he will always seek a cuddle and likes to sit very close to people on the couch!). Isaac also enjoys school and has many friends; his favourite subjects are Sport and Maths.
Ava (girl age 9) is the quietest of the three children. She is very girly and loves to dance, dress-up and brush her hair. Ava enjoys adult company so will often chat to the Au Pair (and seek cuddles) rather than play on her own. If given ideas of fun things to do Ava is usually able to entertain herself for a while. Ava also loves school, she has a few close friends who she likes to play with after school and on weekends. Ava’s favourite subject at school is Science and Music.
Lili (girl age 7) although the youngest is bigger than Ava! Lili is an active girl who is very loving and outgoing. Like Ava, Lili she likes to dance but she also enjoys spending time on her own to draw or play with her Barbie dolls. Lili like Isaac will seek a cuddle from the Au Pair and enjoys it when the Au Pair does things with her like watch TV or jump on the trampoline. Lili also loves school, her favourite things at school are Sport and Art.
We have two dogs, Henry and Sophie. They are nearly 13 years old. Henry is very friendly and loves people to pat and cuddle him (he often follows the Au Pair around the house during the day). Sophie is shy but she also likes to have a pat, during the day she likes to hide and find a comfy spot to sleep in (usually a wardrobe).
Every second Saturday night Jo and Karl have Date Night, the Au Pair is home at this time to care for the children and put them to bed. All other times on the weekend the Au Pair is able to have free time.
We would love for you to be apart of our family (not just an employee) this is very important to us. We respect that you need time to yourself also, we have a rule with the children that on the weekend we look after them (not our Au Pair) and if our Au Pair is in their bedroom with the door closed (on the weekend or in the evening) then the children know to not bother them.
Thanks for taking the time to read our profile - we hope to hear from you!
Jo & Karl

We are moving to the small mining town of Moranbah, Central Queensland.
Dad has worked full time in the mines for 12 years and now Mum has happily returned to a full time job also.
Both older kids are capable and independent enough to care for themselves at home but will need trustworthy supervision.
Our baby has a lot to learn and will enjoy the company of a new face with new exciting stories, fun and games. She is also toilet trained but needs assistance. Please contact us if you would like more information. Cheers
About our Family I travel a lot with work and will require an AuPair to travel with us if we are flying or driving interstate. My work is flexible so by no means is it a full time job and there will be ample time to travel, explore and see the country.
